We deliver throughout Europe with the help of our friends at DHL

Transport costs are calculated after you have entered the address in the order. Delivery time is 3-10 days, depending on the volume of orders. Please be patient, as almost every item is handmade and customized for each of you.

Please make sure your address information is correct. Shipping is done from Monday to Friday (9.00-17.00). If we do not make shipments or if, for any reason, there is a delay, we will announce this on our website or on our Instaram and Facebook pages. As soon as we ship order, you will receive a tracking number by email. Before we can process your order, we will need to verify your details with your card issuer. We always make sure this process is as quick as possible. For orders outside of Europe, customs fees may apply depending on each country. Please note that these fees will be billed by the courier in each country, if applicable. All shipping and custom fees will not be refunded by Shopohmygod in case of return. All taxes for insurance, legal authorizations, VAT, manufacturing and other documents are included in the price. The price mentioned on the website is the final price of the product. If there are applicable sale or discount codes, the price will be deducted in the shopping cart. The deducted price will appear as the final price in this case.

Return

We accept product exchanges and returns, provided that no more than 14 days have passed since the order was received. We only accept returns on one order, you cannot send them separately multiple times. Products must be in their original packaging with original tags, certificates and no signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges and returns that do not meet the above conditions. All shipping costs for returns will be FREE. Personalized products cannot be returned!

To return a product, you must complete the Return Form. It can be found at the bottom of the home page.
We will make a request to the courier, and he, within a few days, will pick up the package. The money will be returned, according to the law, within 14 days from the arrival of the return.
