Return policy
We accept product exchanges and returns, provided that no more than 14 days have passed since the order was received. In the case of exchanges, only one exchange per order is possible.
Products must be in their original packaging with original tags, certificates and no signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges and returns that do not meet the above conditions. All shipping costs for returns will be FREE. The cost of the exchange will be borne by the customer if the dimensions related to the product were not provided correctly in the specific message box. Personalized products are not returned!
To return a product, you must fill out the return form on the website. We will make a request to the courier, and he, within a few days, will pick up the package. The money will be returned, according to the law, within 14 days from the arrival of the return.
For international orders, the return is only possible for the countries that are in the European Union and its cost will be borne by the customer. Likewise in the case of product exchange.
